6 STARS! How does one describe 1st class customer service for 20+ years? Darlene is such an incredible asset to the policyholder. Always patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and very courteous. She is everything one could hope for in a business that serves so many. Friendly from the front desk greeting to any other office.

About a month before renewal for my home and auto policies I found out that my agent was no longer in business. I called Mountcastle and was introduced to Carmen Thomas. She worked with my past carrier to get coverage.

I was able to be seen quickly to square away the purchase of a new car. Suzy was very accommodating and explained everything well and made the whole process so easy. It was a pleasant experience from the time I was greeted out front to the time I left!
